The IUCLID help desk is available to all users belonging to an Organisation that has been registered on the IUCLID download web site.
IUCLID help desk duties include:
Maintaining information about Organisations that download the IUCLID 5 application. Privacy rules governing the operation of all European institutions are strictly observed.
Giving support in the installation process to all registered companies.
Reacting to questions in scientific and technical areas.
Analysing incidents and dealing with problems.
