This manual is organised into several parts and chapters as described in chapter A.2.1 Structure of this manual. The conventions used are introduced in chapter A.2.2 Conventions used in this manual.

Users of the electronic (i.e. online help) version should use the link functions and the index to find the information they need. Users of the hard-copy version should refer to the table of contents and the index. If the PDF version is viewed on the computer, the link functions can be used, too. The use of the links is explained in chapter A.2.2 Conventions used in this manual.
